The first annual Nevada Interactive Media Summit offers an opportunity for Individuals, organizations, or companies to help build a vibrant and innovative Nevada interactive media community

Gold level sponsorship ($1,000)

  • Advance recognition as a Platinum sponsor in all printed materials leading up to the conference and on the conference website homepage with hyperlink.
  • Recognized as a Platinum sponsor on registration brochures and conference programs.
  • Platinum sponsor recognition in signage for conference
  • Full-page space in on-site conference program and exhibitor booth.
  • Recognition as the primary sponsor of  the keynote presentations.
  • Six complimentary registrations to conference

Silver level sponsorship ($5,00)

  • Advance recognition as a Silver sponsor in all printed materials leading up to the conference and on the conference website homepage with hyperlink.
  • Recognized as a Silver sponsor on registration brochures and conference programs.
  • Silver sponsor recognition in signage for conference
  • Full-page space in on-site conference program and exhibitor booth.
  • Four complimentary registrations to conference

Patron ($ 200)

  • Advanced recognition as a  sponsor in all printed materials leading up to the conference and on the conference web site with hyperlink.
  • Half-page space in the on-site conference program.
  • Two complimentary registrations to conference.

More Ways to Become a Sponsor

  • Coffee Breaks ($200). Sponsored coffee breaks will have tables displaying the company logo along the buffet and a poster thanking the company and highlighting the company logo at the entrance to the break area. We will also highlight the sponsor where this event appears in the schedule.
  • Mugs or bags with company logo (Donation of 100 mugs or bags with logo). All conference participants will be handed a mug at check-in to be used throughout the conference and kept post conference for further use. This mug may have your company logo on it as a reminder to conference participants of your generous donation to the conference. The mugs themselves must be made of 100% recycled content material and in the US.
  • In-Kind Donations (Variable). Donate items that will offset conference expenses. Examples include some food and beverage items (farm produce, snacks, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks), raffle prizes, and more. Contact the conference organizers for more information on specific needs for the event.
